The Centre for Marine Living Resources and Ecology [ CMLRE ], an attached office of the
department at Kochi is entrusted with the mandate of coordinating and implementing the Marine Living Resources Programme of the Department including Southern Ocean Living Resources. A scientific Advisory Committee on Marine Living Resources Programme [SAC-MLRP] is hereby constituted to advise and guide the Department in the implementation of the above said activities on MLR. The composition and terms of reference of the SAC-MLRP shall be as under;
